Job summary

Mercy seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will apply the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care.

Eligible candidates should graduate from an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and hold an RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure. Basic Life Support is required, with additional unit-specific certifications potentially needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain an RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or course within 30 days of hire; additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain professional accountability.
