Job summary

Incredible Health in Aurora, CO is hiring an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide urgent care, triage, and stabilization for trauma and medical emergencies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will work with physicians and care teams across shifts (day, night, and mid) in full-time, part-time, or per diem roles, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat trauma, injuries or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications and operate equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans and discharge decisions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.
