Job summary

Aurora West Allis Medical Center in West Allis, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role supports adult and pediatric patients with acute trauma, illnesses, and related health concerns in a level 4 Trauma and Stroke-certified department.

We offer a full-time schedule (36 hours per week) with 12-hour shifts (3:00 PM to 3:30 AM), every 3rd weekend, and every other holiday. Benefits eligible with tuition assistance and shift differential included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• One year RN experience preferred or candidates with prior emergency medical services experience.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a highly skilled, resilient nursing team committed to delivering quality, compassionate healthcare to diverse patient populations.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Obtain ACLS, PALS and TNCC certification as part of role.
