Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying care plans as needed.

• Adheres to infection prevention and medication safety policies.
• Promotes exceptional patient experience through communication with patients and families.
• Documents in EMR according to policy.
