Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
• Experience: Previous hospital or patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant, close observation of assigned patients to ensure safety.
• Identify and promptly report potential risks or changes in patient condition.
• Assist with patient mobility, transport, and basic care needs as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful patient environment.
• Accurately document observations and report concerns in a timely manner.
