HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

You will lead nursing care coordination on the unit, collaborate with the management team, and model our mission to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. You will drive admissions/discharges, quality improvement, staff development, and scheduling while promoting a patient-first philosophy.

Qualifikationen

• Charge Nurse experience required.
• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.
• PALS Pediatric Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• RN registered nurse.
• RN Diploma or Bachelors/Associate degree required.

Aufgaben

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit, with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement, including hourly rounds and staff surveys.
• Recommends interviewing, training, and performance actions to build a competitive organization.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
