Job summary

Qualifications

• PGY1+1-3 years OR PGY2 OR 3-5 years of clinical specialty experience.
• BPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for ED-admitted patients.
• Review and verify medications with patient-specific parameters and clarify unclear orders.
• Document and communicate information to the care team for continuity of care.
• Precept students and residents; support quality improvement and formulary stewardship.
• Collaborate with ED staff, ICU teams, and other departments; participate in education initiatives.
