Job Summary and Qualifications

The CNC ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions during shifts. Collaborating with management, the CNC monitors nursing care, supports staff, and promotes organizational values to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating admission and discharge processes
• Assessing and improving care quality
• Fostering teamwork and service recovery
• Supporting nursing strategies and staff development
• Staff scheduling and inventory management

Qualifications:

• RN license with BSN required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Emergency Department
• Charge RN experience necessary
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and Trauma Nursing Course (timelines specified)
