Norman Regional is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department in Moore, OK. The role involves rapid assessment and stabilization of patients in a 24/7 Level III trauma center, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, care coordination, and ensuring effective handoffs at shift changes. Current OK RN license, BLS/ACLS required; ADN/BSN/MSN education as noted in qualifications.

Formación

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/ reassess patients' health care needs across age groups.
• Nursing diagnosis and outcomes planning with patients, families, and other providers.
• Coordinate and implement care using evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to identify problems and inform decisions.
• Serve as department leader alongside and in absence of Nurse Manager.
• Maintain ACLS; ensure bedside handoff is promoted at shift changes.
