Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift. You will coordinate and deliver patient care across departments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress. The role requires strong nursing knowledge, supervisory ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have high level abstract reasoning to assess patient outcomes and revise plans.
• Basic computer skills; navigate Windows-based programs.
• Supervision experience and skills.
• Maintains current nursing license and knowledge of care requirements.
• Collaborates with healthcare team and leads projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and providers for coordinated care.
• Lead or participate in unit projects and committees as needed.
