Job summary

Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking an Emergency Department Attendant for a full-time shift. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring a safe, compassionate environment and maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.

You will work closely with physicians and staff to support treatment and recovery. Strong communication, basic EMR skills, and BLS certification within 30 days are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 30 days upon hire.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for the electronic medical record.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Empathy, compassion, problem solving, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability preferred.
• This position is a Safety Sensitive Position.
