Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred with a timeline to obtain within 8 years.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan in good standing.
• BLS required; unit-specific certifications may be required.
• ACLS/PALS/TNCC or equivalent certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient care plan.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and quality standards in care delivery.
