Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or equivalent and a current BLS certification, with prior Unit Secretary or administrative partner experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, certification, GED, training, or relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience as Unit Secretary/Adm Partner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties, order and data entry across multiple systems.
• Communicate and facilitate all departmental orders and results to ED staff.
• Serve as front-line departmental ambassador in customer service.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external personnel.
• Work with the ED team to expedite patient care and throughput in a family-oriented hospital setting.
