Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to support the ED team with patient care, vital signs, phlebotomy, IV insertions and EKGs, delivering compassionate, hands-on assistance in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers opportunities for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually and participation in hospital committees, with full-time evening shifts 11AM-11PM at Lankenau Medical Center and Paoli Hospital, including weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery of patient services required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Intravenous access insertion preferred.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist ED team with patient care and daily living activities.
• Take vital signs and perform basic nursing assistant tasks.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV insertions, and EKGs as needed.
