This position is on‑site in Norfolk, Virginia. Position Status: Full‑time (36 hours a week), evening shift Position Location: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Emergency Department Standard Working Hours: Evening Shift - 3:00PM - 3:00AM
Assists the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse in implementing plans of care for emergency/minor emergency care patients. Performs patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse. De‑escalation and physical intervention training within 15 days of hire. BLS certification within 90 days of hire for all incumbents.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
