Job summary

Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA, seeks staff to render direct and indirect patient care under the direction of licensed personnel, facilitating care to meet patients’ daily living activity needs and providing clerical, physical and emotional support.

You will assist licensed personnel in the management of critically ill patients and help coordinate the workflow of unlicensed assistive personnel in the department.

*Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.
