The role emphasizes education of patients and families, accurate documentation, and proactive patient advocacy to support exceptional outcomes and experiences.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• PALS certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure and diploma required for the role.
• Previous ED or Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with department standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team for individualized care.
• Document administration of care accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate care requirements.
