Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Fort Worth seeks an RN to join the ED Resource Team. This full-time day shift (36 hours/week) runs three 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Texas Health Fort Worth campus.

The role delivers care using the Nursing Process, with opportunities for growth and self-scheduling. You will contribute to a Level I Trauma Center with Magnet designation, and receive a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency program.
• RN license required; BCLS/ACLS/CPI/PALS within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care using the Nursing Process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate.
• Incorporates age-specific safety and infection control in patient care.
• Initiates information sharing with patients and families.
• Maintains continuity of patient care across shifts and transfers.
