Job summary
Texas Health Resources in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on a PRN/per diem basis with rotating shifts. The role delivers nursing care using the Nursing Process, assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care for both pediatric and adult populations.
Required: RN license and Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN preferred); BCLS/ACLS within specified timelines; ED experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate degree; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
- BCLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/NIHSS within required timelines.
- ED experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivers care to patients using the Nursing Process.
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
- Maintain infection control and age-specific safety measures.
- Provide information to patients and families; ensure continuity of care across shifts.
