Job summary

Virtua Medical Group in Camden, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time, day-shift schedule. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients and collaborate with the health care team to deliver high-quality, safe patient care.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NJ RN license, 0-1 years of experience (2-4 preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• NJ RN License required; state regulatory requirements followed.
• 0-1 years’ experience required, 2-4 years preferred.
• Care, safety and timely delivery of ED nursing care emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and develops care plans.
• Administers and documents treatments and interventions.
• Participates in clinical decision-making with care team.
