Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's MercyOne unit is seeking a Night Shift Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, empower staff, and shape patient care. You will oversee daily department activities, support recruitment, and foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
This role requires an accredited nursing degree, Iowa RN license, and leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
