Qualifications

• RN license required (Florida)
• BLS certification required
• Acute/critical care experience preferred
• Physician orders and hospital protocols adherence

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and sociocultural factors
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care
• Coordinate care with medical staff and other departments to ensure effective teamwork
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Supervise and delegate care to nursing team
• Respond to code situations and stabilize patients
