Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program.
• Current MN RN License.
• BLS for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and education for patients and families.
• Lead care planning within Mayo Clinic's nursing care model and ensure seamless transitions of care.
• Mentor and teach colleagues; participate on committees or quality improvement projects as needed.
• Delegate patient care based on skill level, acuity, resources, and staffing.
