IU Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift (6:00 pm – 6:30 am) with rotating holidays and every third weekend. The ideal candidate will contribute to high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold an Indiana RN license (or NLC) and have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. BLS is required, with additional life-support certifications as needed by unit.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions for >2 years acute care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based patient care across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement the plan of care and improve patient outcomes.
