Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL is seeking an ED RN FT 7a to supervise nursing personnel on shift, weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.

The RN will utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions, collaborating with Physicians and other clinicians in care delivery. Additional duties may be assigned within the role's scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS and other certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC) may be required by area.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift, and during weekends and holidays.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, planning and interventions.
