Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year ED nursing experience and triage duties.
• English communication skills; shift flexibility for evenings/nights/weekends.
• De‑escalation certification at hire; SAMA upon recertification.
• BSN preferred; bilingual and CEN certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan evidence-based interventions.
• Evaluate treatment responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless care.
