Truman Medical Centers seeks a Clinical Team Manager RN for the Lakewood Emergency Department. The role leads front-line operations and supports a nursing director, ensuring standards, quality and efficient patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (or ADN with experience), Missouri RN licensure, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and drive outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
• At least two years of nursing experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
• Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Current certifications per department requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
• Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
• Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
• Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.
