Qualifikationen

• Preferred: BSN; acute care certifications (CEN, CPEN, TCRN).

• Maintains and applies nursing principles, standards, and policies.
• Assesses patient condition using clinical judgment and collaborates to meet needs.
• Calculates dosages and administers medications per policy.
• Documents patient care in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and department goals.
• Provides professional care and maintains therapeutic presence with patients and families.
