Job summary

• Coordinate services with other patient care units and provide direct nursing services as appropriate.
• Complete assessments and histories in a timely manner as outlined in policy and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established policies and standards.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed record of patient care provided.
