Job summary
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department located within the Edgewood Hospital. Shift/Hours: Full Time, 60 hours bi-weekly, 3P-3A.
The licensed registered nurse is responsible and accountable for providing evidence-based clinical care to designated patients using the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and upholding ethical and cultural standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
- If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
- Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
- Focus of education promotes nurses' ability to practice in clinical area assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based clinical care using the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in every encounter.
