Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced setting in Appleton, WI. You will assess patients, plan care with the team, and deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining safety and patient experience.

Requirements include Wisconsin RN licensure, BSN (or completion within five years), and timely ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications. ED orientation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Wisconsin required.
• BSN preferred; if not yet completed, must be completed within five years of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within stated timelines.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications must be obtained within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition using nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team to plan and deliver care.
• Promote quality, safety, and patient experience while managing risks.
