Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Current valid MRN license in multi-state status.
• BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS certifications within orientation.
• Experience in acute, critical, or emergency care preferred.
• Additional certifications like ENPC, TNCC, or CEN are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop and document individualized care plans.
• Perform age-specific patient interventions.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Verify orders and medication accuracy.
