Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure required with state/compact licensure.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing process, patient assessment, medication administration, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing processes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life‑saving interventions (CPR/code team).
• Document patient care and education thoroughly in medical records.
