Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized nursing program.
• 2 years ED RN experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse license (TX).
• TX RN BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI (can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
• Coordinate care with colleagues to support safe, effective delivery.
