Qualifications

• BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (AH policy).
• HLFS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes health information, and plans care.
• Collaborates with patient, family and care team in a safe, healing environment.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
