Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on the Day shift. This full-time role covers 7a-7p with every other weekend rotation, contributing to a patient-centered, high-quality care environment.

You will coordinate patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. A Kentucky RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, with more certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Current and unrestricted Kentucky RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS, PALS or equivalent certifications within specified timelines.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Administer medications and therapies accurately.
• Document care in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control.
