Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN Emergency Department experience.
• RN licensure and active state certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS depending on unit.
• Ability to perform fast, accurate patient assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Document assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
