Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• All nursing certifications are required upon hire unless stated otherwise.
• RN license appropriate for state practice and multi-state compact where applicable.
• BLS or ARC-BLS certification required; additional certifications per role (PALS, TNCC, ACLS) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and ensures timely documentation.
• Supports performance improvement and involvement in governance and education.
