• Completes patient assessment and reassessment; documents plan of care and outcomes.
• Follows the five Rights of Medication Administration and assesses patients prior to meds.
• Coordinates and supervises delivery of nursing care; delegates as needed.
• Promotes a culture of safety and conducts bedside rounds and shift reports.
• Delivers patient-centered care, respecting diversity and maintaining open communication.
• Meets accreditation, regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
