The role requires BSN (or active BSN matriculation), MA licensure, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN or active matriculation in BSN Program; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in MA or Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Demonstrated knowledge of caring for patients across life span.

Responsabilités

• Oversee one or more patient units with 24-hour accountability.
• Direct and coordinate resources for delivery of care.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
