Job summary

TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will apply the nursing process to deliver direct and holistic care and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to meet patient needs.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours bi-weekly with day shifts (7 AM–7 PM) and weekend/holiday rotation, plus competitive shift differentials up to $10 per hour.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred within 5 years
• BLS/CPR certification
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family; documents per guidelines.
• Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment; communicates plan of care to the health care team.
• Evaluates plan of care and collaborates with patient/family and health care team to adjust as needed.
• Performs technical skills; administers medications/treatments; follows policy and procedures.
