Job summary

North Country Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to manage individualized patient care and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will promote health, support patients and families, and supervise staff.

Eligible for a $7,500 commencement bonus with split payouts at hire and after six months. Hourly range is $41.39–$55.94, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS & ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Supervise assigned team members.
