Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in Washington Township, NJ. The role offers day, night and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time and per diem options. You will treat trauma and urgent cases, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families about care plans.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license; ER experience is preferred and ACLS/PALS certification is a plus. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe conditions.
• Quickly assess patient needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
