Incredible Health in Medford, OR is seeking an Emergency Department RN to deliver urgent patient care, triage, and monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, manage medications, and participate in emergency procedures while educating patients and families about care plans. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem options with benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan care and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
