Responsibilities

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans and determine patient disposition.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
