Incredible Health is hiring for an Emergency Department registered nurse in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The role focuses on rapid assessment, trauma care, and coordination with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy ED.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, ER experience preferred, and ACLS/PALS preferred. The position offers multiple shifts (day, night, mid) across full-time, part-time and per diem arrangements with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care.
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining discharge or transfer.
• Educate patients and their families about the condition and care plan.

Salary: $61,860 to $111,200 /year
