Rosaires Care in the United States seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department. You will perform rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based care for diverse patient populations, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Ideal candidates have current RN licensure, strong clinical judgment in urgent settings, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rapid patient assessment and triage in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Administer medications and provide care in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient response to treatment.
• Perform procedures as permitted within licensure and departmental protocols.
• Document care accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Coordinate ongoing care needs and support discharge planning.
