The role requires rapid assessment and triage, medication administration per protocols, code response, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care, safety, infection control, and thorough documentation, while guiding families and contributing to continuous quality improvement.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensure; ED experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and emergency response skills.
• Ability to deliver compassionate care in high-acuity, fast-paced ED settings.
