Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week onsite contract in Conroe, TX. Shift: night, 12 hours/day, 3 days/week. Start time 3:00 PM, end 3:00 AM. Location: 504 Medical Center Blvd, Conroe.

Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI. RN license. Must be compassionate, empathetic, and a strong team player. Typical procedures include IV/blood draws, moderate sedation, TNK, and continuous cardiac monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have: RN license for Texas.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI certifications required.
• Night shift availability and ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• IV/blood draws on patients.
• Cardiac monitoring and basic telemetry.
• Moderate sedation procedures as needed.
• TNK administration when indicated.

• o Day Shift– 7A: CN, 7 RNs, 1 Paramedic or LVN; 9A: 1 RN; 10A: Paramedic or LVN; 11A: 2 RNs; 12P: Paramedic or LVN; 1P: 1 RN; 3P: 1 RN


• o Night Shift– 7P: CN, 8 RNs, Paramedic or LVN

Patient Ratios – 1:4
Type of equipment- Baxter IV pumps, Client Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/ CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, portable EKG machine,
EMR - Meditech
