Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking an Emergency Department Nurse to provide urgent, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED. You will rapidly assess, triage, stabilize, medicate, and deliver direct clinical interventions from initial evaluation through discharge or admission.

Collaborate with physicians and specialists as part of an interdisciplinary team, maintain meticulous EHR documentation, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the ED visit.

Qualifications

• RN with Emergency Department experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Proficient medication administration and acute care nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Competent EHR documentation and attention to detail.
